Suspicious Outbound Traffic Detected in Norton 360 - Microsoft Community

hi, everyone, earlier today went turned on monitor computer saw pop-up norton 360 security suite saying "outbound traffic detected, have detected large amount of suspicious activity on system. computer may infected norton power eraser can detect , remove." asks want run norton power eraser. here screenshot of it:

after happened checked logs , noticed norton said "an intrusion attempt 66.240.250 blocked." (there 2 of these instances or entries security history window/popup.) have circled them in orange in picture below:

there instance or entry in security history window/popup says intrusion prevention auto block has blocked ip: 66.240.205.34 period of 30 minutes. (circled in above screenshot in green) when clicked on more details option of 1 of intrusion attempts, in ips alert section said system infected: ghostnet backdoor activity 3 (the second entry or instance called system infected: ghostnet backdoor activity), , traffic description tcp, port 60670. here screenshot of it

after ran norton power eraser , detected think false positives because 2 of files installers adobe cs2 download adobe's website, 2 batch files made myself, 1 google chrome bookmarks file , last 1 think suspicious registry key "microsoft. powershell". see screenshot below: 

the registry key is:  hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\powershell\1\shellids\microsoft.powershell\"executionpolicy" , file thumbprint  sha: not available. see screenshot below:

what mean? should do? going on? computer infected? should repair registry key? 1 thing think odd in security history window/popup there several entries or instances of "ip address has disappeared adapter microsoft teredo tunneling adapter" (then lists ip address.) here screenshot of it: is normal?  the software have downloaded , installed seagate sea tools, acronis disk director, paragon partition manager 14 free, , have reinstalled , updated aomei partition assistant standard, have updated western digital data lifeguard diagnostics , tried install seagate discwizard. of software have mentioned downloaded developer's website computer seems running @ used have not noticed abnormal performance slow downs except wireless adapter. done multiple antivirus scan malwarebytes , norton 360 , both of them have not come anything. today ran scan malwarebytes adwcleaner found 1 threat registry key. here is: hklm\software\microsoft\shared tools\msconfig\services\geekbuddyrsp . here screenshot of it:
