i having issue can't seem resolve.

i have office full of dell laptops run windows 10 enterprise 1607.  they setup bitlocker , virtual smart cards.  there mix of tpm versions 1.2 , 2.0, depending on latest firmware offered.  out of of laptops have been imaged, 2 dell latitude e5540 machines having issues.

the issue when try setup virtual smart card on these 2 machines using mmc console, fail when creating request certificate.  the error not helpful , cannot find trace of failure anywhere.

the entire error is:

an error occurred while enrolling certficate.  a certificate request not created.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

$AV_ASW folder - Microsoft Community

dear all, lately i've found folder in both c: , d:, named $av_asw. inside there vault folder , within folder, db file can't open notepad or ms access. idea on this? i've tried googling gave me avast instead, however, i've used avast more 3 years now, no such file exist before. virus or bug or malware or whatever? please advice. thanks! what name of file? sounds avasts vault put potentially unwanted or infected files prevent them doing harm.
