Bit Locker (windows 10 pro) is shutting my PC off after random - Microsoft Community


i upgraded window 10 pro , installed bitlocker security purposes.   no issues signing in or pc usage , accessibility.  but pc shuts off randomly after variable amount of idle time programs or word, excel, adobe, ie, etc running @ time.  i have gone power options , changed (put compute sleep) never,  and turn hard disks off after setting 10,000 minutes.   know hard boot detrimental pc please help.     steven hesch **********************

try suspending bitlocker see if problem persist or not.

click start > file explorer > pc > right click system drive, click turn off bitlocker.

if problem persist, need update chipset drivers or bios.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
