hi, for few days now, settings have not been synced accross devices (pc & surface pro 4). themes, profil picture & other settings not synced. both devices (surface & pc) fresh up-to-date windows 10 installs (because ended reinstalling windows on both devices). account verified on both, , devices correctly listed on devices section of ms account. it seems like surface pro 4 uploads new settings correctly pc doesn't grab them : instance, if change profil picture on tablet, changes on ms account web page not on pc. ms account troubleshooter gives me " can't connect sync service " , " rootcause problem found ". found numerous post on web no (working) solution. i tried create new alias ms account , change main no effect. created ms account check if mine somehow "broken", new account not sync either. i tried using several networks eliminate connectivity issue, without success. this getting q

running win 10 pro. ssd os drive, ssd data drive. i updated last night.  when left click start menu flashes not open. right clicked start button. went start settings , set "show apps in start menu",  "show added apps", , "show opened apps"  "on". change menu item themes or else left drop down  menu, return start settings , changes have been nullified. i cannot settings remain changed. very aggravating trying installed apps. please assist hi, this issue may have occurred due system conflict. correct this, suggest check article troubleshooting steps: troubleshoot problems opening start menu or cortana. kindly results. windows 10 not boot anymore on lenovo b320 nor repair option help. the ms support told me perform full copy of harddrive using ubuntu , after try complete reset system , accept total data loss new system.  the lenovo b320 not compatible win10; older versions of windows, not supported microsoft anymore. that means have scrap computer if microsoft publishing new windows version? great success story. i perform copy of harddisk, if win 10 not operate anymore on pc have switch linux anyway du ms not supporting old hardware. thank wasting time , data .  i working on **** sine 20 hours , have hourly rate of 125 €.  w hy don't continue operating system had on machine until now? why switch? after windows10; creator update version 1703 installed...when open windows defender takes full minute before opens can veiw it.  prior update, opened immediately. anyone else experience issue following 1703 update?  is there someting can/should done accelerate defender opening did prior windows10 1703 update? this may worthless update; putting out here each viewer judge. i have worked several people experienced issues after using windows auto update offering update 1607 1703.  i myself outlined found though defender seemed running fine, take 1 minute open.  this issue user well.  one other user following update....had no startup tiles , apps not load. in each case, including mine, rolled 1607.   i took opportunity go thru program , features , deleted programs never use, or, did not reconize.   used ccleaner , cleaned registry , cleaner.  i used c:\ drives properties , cleaned disc.  i deleted temp files.
