hi, i have been having issues windows 10 after wire-managing , installing a new ssd. pc custom built 2013 , have gone through few upgrades, notably new graphics card in 2016 november. i have been running bsod while running games or browsing internet. however, can consistently reproduced a full windows defender scan. after browsing solution on internet, have tried reinstall drivers new video card, running sfc scan , dism, , resetting windows entirely.  have reset windows install , attempted run full scan using defender , got bsod. have uploaded minidump bsod pc system info in link . thank you! ***post moved moderator appropriate category.*** this step took more time, , after procedures same problem still occurred.  so did took out old ssd windows os installed , installed fresh windows onto new ssd. did full scan using windows defender , no bsod! possible old ssd showing signs of age , crash

after installed windows 10 trying xbox app , things went downhill there. didn't work don't have viruses , have plenty of storage , met system requirement windows 10, had go wrong. tried reset computer every time did got worse , worse point when i'm on desktop can't anything. click once , freezes , nothing loads. i've been @ 3 hours , have no clue wrong , how fix it. can't keyboard shortcuts or click on anything.  problem has been resolved. talked agent , restored pc , updated , seems running smooth. i went out of town , while gone kids got on computer , proceeded wreak havoc: there 2 accounts. administrator account linked email account has been deleted , google tells me has been permanently deleted. so brats create user account. attempt delete original administrator account , give admin permissions account created. when trying log on new admin account, says  user profile service failed @ sign in / user profile cannot loaded. anytime attempt make changes user accounts, tells me have have admin approval. enter username , password , nothing happens. in short, assigned admin "privilege" account screwed user profile. i have 2 functioning user accounts, both set standard user. cant change accounts without using admin account doesn't work. now understand why species eat young.  hi mike, we found post 1 of community members similar issue. resolve concern, suggest follow troubleshooting steps provided

i hope makes sense, because don't still have message(s) appeared. about 5 minutes ago restarted windows 10. when came , entered password, got message: preparing windows this seemed odd, figured there had been new update not aware of. however, when windows 10 came up, looked fresh install, , there popup asked account sign-in. when clicked on "never mind" (or whatever option read) got message couldn't access of files unless signed in, , changes made in session temporary (not saved). i don't use account sign in windows , never have, seemed new, intrusive windows garbage. on hunch, did hard reboot reset button on case, , when windows came , signed in, got usual "welcome" message , desktop looked should. while writing, occurs me may have been virus or malware, i'll run full scan when finish post on chance got through. i'm posting anyway in case else has had same experience. i have anniversary update

i can't add pin log in with, , i'm not sure why. clean install of windows, think should working fine... i've tried deleting ngc folder, there nothing in it. tried deleting folder itself, made no difference. when click "add" under "pin" under "sign-in options," window pops prompting me password. enter that, click "ok," , i'm prompted enter "new pin" , "confirm pin." that, click "ok," , box vanishes, "add" button grays out, spinner appears next "add" button, , add button reactivates , spinner vanishes, no changes having been made. this on latest stable build of windows 10, updates have been installed. i'm attempting install latest insider preview build see if might fix problem (though doubt it). what missing? there's got way fix this, right? don't want clean install, takes forever re-install applications... thanks!

i tried make changes in settings improve ability read messages , have made total mess.  every day  past week, when try fix seem dig myself bigger hole. the background colours changed , screen saver gone. the biggest problem @ time colour used highlighting on list, mail or favourites or bank transactions, time want delete text or copy etc. highlight colour deep purple , cannot read black print under it. instead of highlighting obscures it.  don't know how did , cannot seem able change it. if rid of deep purple highlight, think can live rest.  please, can me. hi, since unable settings page applied changes, can restore computer earlier point. when updates installed, windows automatically saves restore points can go to. if find restore point wherein haven't applied changes on computer, shall reverted how before. system restore affects settings , services. process not impact of personal files. instructions o

have 3 applications in startup folder: file explorer, outlook 2016, , microsoft edge browser.  applications open day long, @ night have power settings shutdown computer after 5 hours.  in morning, when restart computer, applications restarted, microsoft edge not in same position , window not same sizes when computer shut down.  both file explorer , outlook 2016 seem in same positions , have same sizes.  there way tell windows remember position , size of edge, don't have manually resize , reposition every morning? try sizing , positioning windows want them without touching side of screen - create snap effect messes position save.  when each want be, click middle square box (at top right, between - , red x) few times program each window want open. windows 10.  cannot exit safe mode after creator update installed start key nothing.  windows key + r nothing.  cannot msconfig.  cannot command prompt.  any ideas ? got it. got command prompt through task manager. edited boot configuration data remove safeboot flag.       bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot rebooted, ran msconfig, , set boot normal. fine now.
