since purchasing computer windows 10, it'll "analyze" windows (c:) saying 0%, recover image checked in fraction of second, saying )%, when i check system comes "needs optimize 67% (or higher), click on optimize, in less 5 seconds, it's done status saying (needs optimization 30%, or higher.) set automatically "optimize" daily. i've updated whatever windows said needs updated if program use or has due system, etc. i've tried chkdsk...but says can't. went straight dos, , jr. high, typed in "date", "time", etc. dos wouldn't give response. called computer manufacturer, call each day. it's software issue. have me few things , it's not hardware or hard drive, contact microsoft/windows 10 patch or way repair software. frustrating, since isn't 2 months old, , i'm stuck window troubleshooter, , online information, doesn't fix or address issue.

i using windows 10 home build 1607 os build 14393.693 genius microtraveller 9000r wifi mouse. have found out after installing smartgenius program windows (ver. 1.2.0227) have downloaded genius website, user account control (uac) setting of windows changed recommended default level lowest level never notify. i able set default level of uac, however, setting not saved. after rebooting, never notify setting comes instead of default. when mouse program uninstalled, uac functions normally, the default setting can set , kept after rebooting. surely, program microtraveller 9000r overwrites records setting of uac. i hope new version of mouse program available soon. sincerely, Windows / Windows 10 / Security & privacy / PC

out of blue when browsing web, entire desktop screen started refreshing every second, making laptop impossible use. task manager remained stable on screen while desktop refreshed behind it, suggests it's not video card problem. researched on computer , tried various suggestions in safe mode, uninstalling idt hd audio , trying update video drivers (no new drivers found). don't use icloud or norton, other main suggestions. some have called "flicker" (implies rapid cycling) in case looked entire desktop being reloaded each second, happens when right-click file , try open with ... desktop icons weren't being resorted every time, happens after doing that. hardware tests ok various benchmarks. it's toshiba satellite s55-a5295 laptop i7 , 12 gb ram. system restore (to week earlier) didn't work, nor did windows 10 reset (files kept intact) regretted doing after stumbling onto pseudo-fix below. the trick finally got stop turn

hi, i hoping able assist bitlocker.  i in position of deploying laptops clients through sccm 1607 deployment.  the client devices use mbam in order encrypt device.  however have following issue: when rebooting system, system asks bitlocker pin. in event key lost, need select bitlocker recovery key.   upon receiving key self service portal of mbam, device states key correct , allows proceed pressing continue.  the machine states unlocking. however on next screen states recovery key correct, press restart accept changes , restart pc. upon restart machine asks bitlocker pin again.  is issue mbam/bitlocker or there anyway around this. please note key correct don't wish recover drive know pin.  i want make sure device fit purpose.  mbam ( malware bytes anti malware ) have encrypting hdds? - majority of consumers associate mbam acronym there maybe handful of users on forum (which consumer /

i attempted assign new password existing administrator account today , failed work.  reset password twice via microsoft reset process, received code, reset password, , still not work. to make matters worse other administrator account, working, apparently changed standard user.  account type not showing , can not changed.  can't access command prompt (admin). how can recover working password recognized admin account or change user account admin account. thanks the account local account , have no idea why password assigned failed work, more disconcerting fact other existing administrator account rendered standard account @ time password assigned.   windows 10 real mystery me , after research on matter came conclusion either mystery microsoft programmers or that there is very little interest in providing support account access problems. so, if there may others similar problems, here how solved problem.
