hello, i have problem on windows 10 , i've tried troubleshoot cannot figure out what's wrong. whenever run photoshop.exe game's launcher (named voidus) opens, photoshop not run. when opened photoshop checked file location , creates voidus.vdt file. not sure why photoshop not run. troubleshooting steps tried: reset default programs. uninstall both voidus (game) , photoshop deleting both voidus , photoshop folder program files. emptied recyle bin. installed fresh copy of photoshop. none of these have worked. provided screenshot bellow. feedback help. don't want go , restore. lovely. thank you! hi, to better assist you, please answer questions below. how install photoshop, disk or downloading installer?  have tried installing other computers? we're looking forward response. looking few windows 10 issues,  had blue screen come critical structure corruption appear, next cant use firefox, have installed , uninstalled numerous times, every time try use it, error message running, not, atleast according task manager or anywhere else can look also cannot use right click function when trying on windows icon go control panel or else, have checked device settings, , drivers good, makes extremely annoying use computer. finally, lap top seems slow , laggy, bit choppy , not working @ level other day not sure appreciate help david, since have done troubleshooting steps can on end , system restore did not work, next option recommend perform clean installation of windows 10. make sure create backup of important files have on computer. further assistance, can contact device’s manufacturer support team clean installation of windows 10.   let know how goes.
