i've looked through posts , none have helped me, okay account (the account) on laptop says it's administrator when go manage accounts it's account type standard. because of can not change it. 1 weird thing me not being administrator can't delete files aren't essential operating system (an example game files, can delete them if go each folder , individually) also, can't access microsoft edge because says can not opened built-in administrator account , must sign in different account. finally, administrator month or ago realized couldn't open edge. ignored , didn't seem problem until today when not delete folders without going them individually , deleting every file in every folder (this tedious enormous amount of files), kind of big problem me. appreciated, thanks! found post interesting, found answer link . it's adiminstrator access, hope works you.  Windows

since february 12th 2017 have had lower cpu benchmarks (2% lower in cinebench r15 cpu, 11% lower in cinebench r15 opengl , 30% lower frame rate in game tyranny verified cpu limitation reducing cpu frequency). i tried restoring system image solved problem, noticed after arbitrary time connected internet problem come , permanent i.e. wasn't resolved going offline or restarting computer.  however, if never connected internet after restoring image problem not occur. yesterday found culprit: if windows diagnostic , usage data on full(recommended) problem occurs.  resolved changing setting basic , performance magically comes back.  have verified on clean install of latest iso of windows 10 on different drive , think bug , strange 1 since there no obvious increase in cpu usage account reduced performance.   appreciated if others run cinebench tests before , after change confirm. my specifications: intel core i7 5820k asus sabertooth x99 32gb

i having recurring problem an inspiron 15r laptop running windows 10 not going sleep or shutting dow n properly. when try put sleep or shut down, periodically gets stuck in frozen state where power , wi-fi led lights lit battery status , hard drive activity led lights not. in state, laptop not respond keystrokes or commands, , have shut down power button , start again. have tried checking , changing of power options, have not been able resolve issue. how can avoid or safely out of frozen state described above?? please help!! not want have forcefully shutting down laptop when might in middle of running program and/or have open windows. also,  i don't think can take computer anywhere because can't sleep or shut down when utilize start menu or power button, or when close lid.  hi, to resolved issue shutting down computer, we'd ask few questions: did make changes on computer settings pr

i uninstalled kaspersky because interfering ability download  , install windows updates. in doing so, have discovered previous occurrence of desktop icons flashing when opening file explorer, task manager, settings, or of other admin options has ceased. i did not make note of when flashing started or when occurred of admin options, did seem occurrences more prevalent in recent months.   posted in forums issue did not consider possibility kaspersky culprit.  assumed normal occurrence in windows. i wonder why on earth kaspersky want keep track of of activities on windows....
