while cleaning pc using ccleaner , decided delete windows.old folder. after cleaning process finished, programs never launch when open it. restarted windows won't boot , give stop code error. here laptop specification: model : lenovo z570 cpu : intel i7-2670qm gpu : nvidia geforce gt 540m ram : 8gb os : dual boot ubuntu(main boot loader) & windows 10 and here solutions tried , none of them worked: 1- startup repair (took 30-45 min , gives error) 2- reset pc (exit @ 36% undoing changes message) 3- using command prompt chkdsk c: /r /x & sfc /scannow bootrec /fixmbr ,   bootrec /fixboot ,   bootrec /scanos ,   bootrec /rebuildbcd  and outputs: "total identified windows installation: 0" how solve problem? thanks in advance. hi mustafa, there multiple factors can consider why computer won’t boot after deleting windows.old using ccleaner. if may ask, specific stop

i user on desktop pc.  signed in administrator, not allowed access drives or change folder properties claiming need administrator.  never saw before.  using windows 10; i7 4770k cpu @3.50ghz; 32gb ram; 64 bit operating system. i've checked @ security logins/users , shows administrator. any or ideas appreciated. thanks, ken what functions unable use? what full path folder unable access?
