black sidebars appear in full screen video and on my google chrome - Microsoft Community


when play videos on media player or on streaming sites, black sidebars appear on each end in full screen, has never done before until tried change personalization because new lg webos smart uhd 49 inch tv has made somethings smaller , small some, when go on google chrome white sidebars @ each ends too

one of reason why these bar appeared on monitor are due graphics compatibility of monitor , visual display design of movie, browser, or platform. suggest update drivers and adjust/check if resolution is set recommended. to adjust or check screen resolution, go settings > system > display > advance display settings > resolution.

if side bars still appear, means resolution capability of monitor is high needs adjust own resolution compatible specs have.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
