Deactivation of 'help and support' pop ups - Microsoft Community


am experiencing problem of "help , support" pop ups such cannot laptop message keeps on popping up. disturbing indeed! started windows 8.1 before upgrading windows 10. solution?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
