How to turn off Enterprise Data Protection? - Microsoft Community


on windows 10, when copy encrypted file ntfs fat32 drive, file extension .pfile opposed decrypted file case on windows 7, quite annoying.

i did search, , seems related enterprise data protection (edp) introduced in windows 10. can disable it? otherwise have downgrade windows 7...

hi,

enterprise data protection (wip) policy can deployed or created using microsoft intune , system center configuration manager. can turn off wip , restrictions using two. may refer article to learn more windows information protection (wip) policy.

 

if need additional information on how turn off wip, highly recommend post on technet since subject beyond scope of forum.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
