How to turn off windows firewall permanently - Microsoft Community


win10 pro (not pro) want disable windows firewall , good.

have used control panel, defender disable-turn off , within 2 sec. turns on.

i use 3rd party firewall,  100 % protected , safe , not want wfw running, period.

so service or group policy need set shut down.

 the reason, interfering every other online service(s) not ms based;

steam, origin, epic, uplay, hirez launcher, etc.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
