takes two starts of computer to get Windows 10 up and running - Microsoft Community


computer requires me power computer, proceeds start, windows design coming up... not proceed desktop screen sign-in.  need manually shut off computer , restart, proceeds , operates intended. answers problem?

  • did make recent changes/updates prior issue?
  • are getting error message/code before restarts?
  • what make , model of device?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
