i can't this.  win 10 won't start.  black screen.  press f12  boot menu--nothing.

unit totally off , hit power button , nothing happens?

sounds need of system maker's support or of real computer shop (one own in-shop service).

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
