windows not shutting dowm after upgrading windows creator edition.

laptop specifications:

hp n012tx model

8 gb ram

to better assist you, please clarify following information:

  • does take longer shut down?
  • are getting error messages?
  • does show if trying update or download something?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
