computer shuts down in sleep mode - Microsoft Community


my computer shutting down in sleep mode.  have contacted microsoft 3 times , nothing resolving issue.  have tried system restore, changing power functions , did manual upgrade , it's still shutting down.  concerned having turn computer on going damage life of computer.  other suggestions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
