extremely long startup time - Microsoft Community


started out scanning , repairing drive c @ power on. progressed  (47%) , froze. taking 10 minutes come on, , after doing disk cleanup , defrag, computer working normal , fast. restart still slow , after doing restore scanning , repairing went away, login screen takes 5  to 7 minutes through. scanned avg , defender no results. tried several remedies internet search, none seemed help. can give me step step instructions on how remedy issue. hp15 laptop, widows 10. thank you,,,,,,,btw, shut off login still takes long time cycle through desktop.

go taskmaneger , fine applications starts windows. want reduce minimum ( im sure know that) if doesn't work. go bios. windows 10 should have ultra boot option there. never touched i've heard it.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
