considering old guest account not exist in latest version of windows 10, can rid of empty folder still in computer. more annoyingly can rid of "guest" showing on lock screens, though can't activated. have created "house guest" account limits quite successfully, old "guest" account shows on lock screen , guests try access causing sorts of grief.

to remove guest account start screen, suggest try following steps:

  1. right-click start menu, select command prompt (admin).
  2. enable guest account first typing net user guest /active:yes, press enter.
  3. disable guest account typing net user guest /active:no, press enter.
  4. perform clean boot in windows.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
