I can't install any programs. - Microsoft Community


every time try either install program or change settings, pop-up box asking if want allow this. instead of giving me selection allow, has button says "no"

i tried going security settings still same box allows "no"

i reformat, if can that. since system windows 7 , got free upgrade windows 10, afraid won't have valid key number.  rather not have to.

can me?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
