Microsoft Account Settings won't sync - Microsoft Community

my microsoft account damaged.  it no longer sync of devices.  on laptop, have 2 microsoft accounts.  my secondary microsoft account syncs fine, primary 1 not.  this case on other laptops, computers, , devices well.

does know how fix damaged microsoft account?
