Permission denied trying to delete a folder and file in it - Microsoft Community


adobe lightroom created temporary folder, delete. folder contains 1 file, delete.

i have 1 user on laptop, has administrator privileges, full control , owns temporary folder , parents.

why windows 10 stop me deleting these objects?

i have looked @ several answers similar questions, seem work after user has taken ownership. have this, malwarebytes fileassassin fails delete these objects.

what can convince windows let me delete folder , file?

did try deleting folder while in safe mode? shift+restart launch safe mode.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
