Samsung Series 9 - Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


hey guys

one of our samsung series 9 'froze' mid update (windows), tried restart computer wont boot (doesn't show sign of life besides light when try , turn on). after excessive 'turn on/off' attempts once computer started , ran norton see if virus , computer froze again , haven't been able boot again. if can boot should able start in safe mode , perform update...

does have solutions powering laptop in state?

if system still fails boot up, suggest let original equipment manufacturer check computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
