Sticky notes defective after latest Windows 10 update - Microsoft Community

with old sticky notes, format text in word , paste note. new version formatting disappears, leaving oversized font , over-wide linespacing. result, notes big.

before select , right click copy content notes. right click context menu gone, , instead silly little menu box appears on different screen, hidden behind apps. did know many people use multiple screens these days? couldn't programmers @ least set thing appear next notes?

i tried copying old sticky notes program windows.old. notes appeared proper formatting, right click not work @ all. also, notes cannot deleted.

i used sticky notes copying/pasting things phone numbers forms. microsoft appears have robbed me of yet useful functionality.

have tried importing them onenote?  looks trying more sticky notes have been intended anyway.  e.g. of features liked in original may have been more accidents of implementation actual design goals.

at least 1 of problems new ones fix whether ink or type.  old ones left hit or miss.  maybe causing "right-click" issue.  deletion don't have clear idea.  try running procmon see if gave clues.
