task bar jumping up on Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


have tried lock task bar , hide task bar. sporadically task bar jump re-hide. quite disturbing. has interrupted games , document typing. seems have started after latest security update windows 10

there few factors can contribute issue facing. since taskbar settings have been checked, there possibility can caused update applied on computer.

as initial recommendation, suggest run windows update troubleshooter available through link. allow verify if there issues during update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
