Task bar will not show while using dual monitor, Win 10. - Microsoft Community


hello!

yesterday set dual monitor display on windows 10 pc.  initially working fine.  however, today when got on computer task bar not unhide on primary screen.  it seems when have window in full screen, unhide while not in full screen.  however, on secondary screen task bar show/unhide in both - full screen , not full screen.

i have tried steps provided in thread resembling same issues, these have not fixed issue.

i went settings , turned lock task bar setting on , reason fixed it.  however, issue began again couple minutes later , not fix time.

please help?  there not information issue posted able find, , quite annoying bug stuck with...  thanks!

to better understand issue, we'd following information:

  • have made changes or applied update device before issue occurred?
  • did install applications or programs prior issue?
  • if possible, please send screenshot.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
