Unable to sign-out and I appear to have lost all my data - Microsoft Community


why have been signed out on pc?

my machine teels me sign out , sign in, when hit sign out, nought happens. mean, apparently doesnt sign me out becuase right @ start. appear have lost of data.

to better assist on issue, we'd clarify following:

  • which version of windows 10 , build using?
  • have made recent changes or updates before experience such issue?
  • are getting error message? if so, please provide exact error code , message.

we'd appreciate additional information may provide.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
