Windows 10 black screen crash - Microsoft Community


so ive had second hand laptop bought in 2012 few months now. ive upgraded windows 10 ive got few porblems. when open origin computer opens program screen goes randomly black , stays there. keyboard still has power unresponsive. same mouse , audio. have perform hard reset on computer work again has been happening lately.

please help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
