Windows 10 iCloud sync error only in Calendar App - Microsoft Community


when add icloud account windows 10 on pc recurring error stating account settings out of date, if disable icloud calendar sync error stops , can use mail , contacts apps fine.

the problem want use calendar app icloud calendar enable cortana visibility of appointments. have 2 calendars in icloud (personal , family) meaning can't use option subscribe them in account family calendar not have option.

i have tried turning on 2 factor authentication icloud account , generating app specific passwords windows 10 makes no difference.

i have icloud sync software installed can sync contacts , calendar outlook 2016 not sync cortana.


if can suggest a fix appreciated.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
