Windows 10 update on 1/11/17 disabled my audio. - Microsoft Community


have nothing. no sound through speakers, nor headphone. not videos streaming online nor songs on hard drive. microphone doesn't work. when go settings , check drivers, says working. tried rolling drivers uninstalling , reinstalling, updating again. nothing works. i'm @ loss here. know have been put out update on 11th affect audio? i'm on hp g60 519wm. i've spent several hours googling solutions , have found bunch of people having problem past updates or initial upgrade windows 10. did upgrade months ago , it's worked fine until 3 days ago. can me going again?
