Windows 10 will Not open up any windows when applications are invoked. - Microsoft Community


i have not found solution works problem.

i click on application in windows 10.

no window opens task bar shows application.

the application can not maximized in size task bar.

hi,

there several reasons why issue occurs, may caused files or components broken or missing on system. resolve concern regarding application won't open windows, suggest follow methods below:

method 1. start device in safe mode

to this, may follow steps provided on link. safe mode starts windows in basic state limited sets of files , drivers troubleshoot issues on pc. 

method 2. run sfc (system file checker) tool

while still in safe mode, run sfc tool. utility in windows scan , correct possible caused of issue. this, may follow steps provided on link.

method 3. show desktop menu options

if issue persists, press , hold shift + right-click on application in taskbar, select restore, again select move, use arrow keys position application in visible area of screen , press enter.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
