Windows Boot Menu does not display after update to Creators v1703 - Microsoft Community


have multiboot system 2 monitors graphical windows boot menu displays during startup.  v1607 worked way.  upgrading creators v1703, if have both monitors active in windows 10 , restart or start up, graphical windows boot menu should display, both monitors blank.  clicking down arrow , enter select other os, options there, no display.  v1607 worked, v1703 not.  if change single monitor in windows 10 , restart or start up, graphical windows boot menu display.  if change non-graphical windows boot menu bcdedit, shows both monitors active.  so graphical windows boot menu 2 displays issue.  display adapter evga 04g-p4-3968-kr video card (device manager shows nvidia geforce gtx 960), monitors both same, lg 24mp58vq (device manager shows lg ipsfullhd).  i suspect bug in creators v1703 since v1607 worked.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
