Windows regularly loses Wi-Fi connection then freezes - Microsoft Community


hi,

recently laptop (running latest version of windows 10) has been losing internet connectivity freezing minute or 2 afterwards, forcing me hard shut down. happens @ least twice day. i've tried running windows update, i've checked viruses , malware, , i've run disk cleanup. suggestions on how fix this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
