About screen rotation - Microsoft Community


hi, windows 10 customer using dell inspiron i5 processor . unable rotate screen key shortcut of "ctrl+alt+arrows" . difficult me enter display settings time rotate screen, because screen rotation necessary me time need study scanned notes . please me know should in order restore shortcut.

if did work , not, if have intel hd graphics, rolling driver can fix issue - go device manager (accessible form right click menu on start button). go display adapters, expand that, right click intel hd graphics, choose properties, click on driver tab , choose 'roll driver' . . .

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
