Desktop problem - Microsoft Community


hello everyone, 
i've windows 10 , today after sign in working in laptop , sudden laptop start refreshing time (each 2 sec) cannot open file when ctrl-alt-delete works think it's matter desktop , don't know how fix it..
advice?

to better understand concern,  may know if you've done changes prior issue? suggest perform clean boot can eliminate software conflicts might causing issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
