How Can I Remove STUBBORN Shortcuts from the Desktop in Windows - Microsoft Community


when i'm administrator , when trying shortcut tells me need administrative permission.

would need see screenshot see witnessing , explain doing...

have tried running administrative command prompt , deleting them there?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
