in windows 10, I cannot access office and other applications not on - Microsoft Community


on booting up, have desk top, usable, clicking on windows icon or key not bring windows programs, such office.   nothing!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
