Monitor won't wake up - Microsoft Community


have dell xps desktop studio, 2010.  upgraded w10 when offered me.  all of sudden monitor in power save mode , computer light white, doesn't nothing comes on monitor!  i changed power mode on monitor "never" shut off.  it didn't work.  it still not wake up!  i have reboot!  anyone please?  would appreciate assistance.  thanks!

if issue continues, suggest updating bios. instructions updating bios can found @ manufacturer's website or support pages.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
