Pop-up virus warning. Do I need to remove a virus? - Microsoft Community
i bought new computer windows 10. came macfee uninstalled , turned on windows defender. downloaded mozilla default browser. within 2 days of using computer browser locked microsoft pop virus warning (obvious scam). have deleted firfox , reloaded it twice , same thing happens.
is compute safe , how delete virus? windows defender not detect virus.
help

click ok button @ bottom of popup. should see box not allow site create new pages. check , close window.

use task manager exit browser. reboot , see if pop-up goes away.
