hello, 

   i stuck in "automatic repair loop". have tried numerous fixes. able restart in "safe mode networking". computer not recognize log in password. locked out too.

try running startup repair windows 10 boot disk or usb drive. that

often work when running recovery environment not.

can make windows 10 install disk , try use repair present
installation. not try clean install because if upgrade
not activated few days clean install not activate.

make windows 10 disk using media creation tool - select install on
computer , same version have now. can make usb
or dvd boot with. select troubleshoot - advanced options  - automatic
repair.

installing windows 10 using media creation tool - create media then
boot - use method outlined above.
