after installing update, edge favorites disappeared , browser locks up. must close browser , re-open internet again.

if you're experiencing issues microsoft edge browser after updating computer, reset has been applied edge causing favorites disappear. isolate what's cause of issue, run system file checker tool. check , scan corruption on system file folders of computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
