yesterday, updated following updates (already installed after restart):

i'm running:

os: windows 10 home single language

version: anniversary update version 1607 (build 14393.1198)

update (05/13/2017 @ 12:24 pm pht): windows 10 creators update privacy settings did pop-up.

what's next after that?

you 1 step closer creators update. part of microsoft's continuing commitment privacy windows 10, windows update kb4013214 prepares device windows 10 creators update installing upgrade , privacy experience (upx). update required before windows update download , install windows 10 creators update.  can find detailed information upgrade , privacy experience @ choose privacy settings windows 10 creators update.

you may need restart device update applied. then, run windows update again download creators update or can use windows 10 update assistant to force install latest version of software.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
