windows 10 update after system restore , issues fixed, restart device, it's on displaying blue , black flashing screen saying not turn of computer. have been way 8 hours. can do.....,????��

since you've mentioned there blue , black flashing screens appearing on pc makes unusable, have tried rebooting pc again , got same result? can @ least desktop screen?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
