Windows 10 locked out with no account - Microsoft Community


i setup pc nephew , despite me setting no initial password has come pc asking him password. second installation nephew tried previous password multiple times , seems in doing has been locked out.

when trying reset password microsoft page asking him email , password account despite me skipping option not have email , password associated pc.

how go resetting , removing password , getting access account again ?????

does use pc regularly , access email on pc? there should account associated registering pc.

otherwise, necessary reinstall windows 10.

what if forget windows password

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
