Windows 10 - Start Menu/Cortana/Action Center/Edge Issue - Microsoft Community


main problem start menu , action center not open. pretty lost functionality toolbar. tried multiple repairs referenced in these threads , elsewhere such scannow, restore health, powershell command, , others. 3 different remote sessions microsoft techs led them reinstalling windows 10, result in following error: "the installation failed in safe_os phase error during migrate_data operation. #0x8007001f-0x2000d. came across "the database disk image malformed" when trying open jpgs.

i'm not tech savvy person if has suggestions, i'm anything. otherwise i'm ready take darn thing outside , take baseball bat it. thank you!

do have installation disc or bootable usb reinstall windows? in case don't, refer article for recovery options. try system restore or startup repair files saved well. otherwise, reinstall windows.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
