Need help immediately - Microsoft Community


 my windows 10 in constant reboot loop , asked me admin password enter it shows dell sign , keeps restarting

is screen entering password windows welcome screen. if try , boot in safe mode. select power icon in bottom right hand corner, hold down shift , select restart. should restart , display troubleshoot. select advanced options start-up settings. following menu select safe mode , see if problem persists when safe mode starts.

there option select system restore, option may if have restore points turned on.

did change or install before problem started.?



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
