Windows 10 reset fails - Microsoft Community


my computer 100% full , slow, backed stuff wanted , prepared reset (i went settings pressed recovery, pressed started under reset pc, pressed remove pressed remove files , reinstall windows did it, got 35% said "a fatal error occurred when resetting pc, no changes made" tried multiple times. nothing worked. can help. btw reference hp pavilion go.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
