we know more concern. please answer following:
- does of issues happened right after installing vpn program?
- what troubleshooting steps have tried prior contacting us?
- what trying access when received error "windows activation expire soon"?
- are having issues changing account's pin or password?
for google chrome issue, please perform steps below , check if helps:
1. clear cache, , cookies of browser.
2. try access different web browser , check if receive same error.
3. enable javascript in web browser.
4. disable pop-up blocking.
5. many security programs includes ad-blocking protection. go through security programs running , check & disable ad-blocking feature, web blocking, etc. feature.
while connectivity issue, there many possible reasons why being disconnected. issue internet service provider, router/modem etc. may want check link for troubleshooting steps can perform.
we looking forward response further isolate issue.
