App icons appearing as blank white file - Microsoft Community

hello!

i did factory reset on windows 10.

everything fine except few things

1. whenever make new file/folder or change it's name have hit f5 have load 

2. files, except defaults .txt , .png etc have icon of blank files 

example: http://prntscr.com/f5bhb3 (.dlls should have own icon have blank file icon, happens other files, too.)

3. quickaccess doesn't load, @ all. gets stuck @ end. (trying go "this pc" makes loading bar go way end not complete)

any solutions?

corrupted system files 1 of possible reasons why having issues windows 10. suggest run system file checker tool , deployment image servicing , management tool scan , correct issues. system file checker (sfc) built-in tool in operating system. sfc checks system file corruption. deployment image servicing , management (dism) command-line tool can used service windows image or prepare windows preinstallation environment image.

kindly follow steps in article posted zigzag3143 (ms-mvp) perform sfc , dism: system file check (sfc) scan , repair system files & dism fix things sfc cannot.
