have changed jobs , when turn on computer has persons name (who no longer company), how change name?                  
  
                create new user account on computer , log in using that.  need admin status this.  if not have should ask new boss if have added 1 these circumstances [if not, you'll need reinstall   windows 10].
    start button, 
  settings, 
  accounts, 
  family & other users, 
  [other users section], 
  add else pc,
  i don't have person's sign-in information,
  add user without microsoft account,
  enter username, password & password hint,
  back in the list of other accounts can see in  family & other users, [other users section],  
  click on new account,
  click on change account type,
  select administrator account type, 
  ok.
    then log in new user account , remember check admin status before going further {for example, right-click on  start button & choose windows powershell [admin]}.  
    do note having a spare password-protected admin account on computer valuable tool cope account-related problems suggest make one, write down password , give new boss copy of password   well.
    you can just forget previous 1 not in way or can delete when sure there no files need recovered -
